🔍 Step 1: Search for Products (User Action)

Mulebuy supports multiple ways to find the items you love:

1. Browse Chinese e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Weidian, 1688, etc., copy the link of the item you wish to purchase, and paste it into Mulebuy's search bar.

2. Enter keywords of the product name directly into Mulebuy's search bar to browse search results from platforms like Taobao, 1688, Weidian, and more.

3. You can also search by image: go to the Mulebuy homepage, click the camera icon on the right side of the search bar, select a saved product image, and browse search results for similar items.

🛒 Step 2: Select Products and Complete Payment (User Action)

Choose specifications (size, color, etc.), confirm the shipping address, and complete the payment for the items. International shipping costs will be calculated separately later. After your order is submitted, our purchasing agents will begin processing it. If you have special requests, you can add notes during checkout or contact customer service—the Mulebuy team will handle them for you.

📦 Step 3: Order Acceptance and Domestic Transit (Mulebuy Action)

Once your order is accepted, the items will be shipped from the seller to Mulebuy's transit warehouse in China. You can track the domestic logistics progress in real time from your [Orders] list.

✅ Step 4: Quality Check and Warehousing (Mulebuy Action)

When items arrive at the warehouse, they undergo a strict quality inspection. Once approved, they are safely stored and displayed in your [Warehouse] list, ready for international shipping submission.

🛫 Step 5: Submit International Shipping (User Action)

Go to your [Warehouse], select the items you want to ship, click "Pre-calculate" or "Submit," choose your preferred packing method and international shipping line, and confirm to submit your parcel for international delivery. Mulebuy also offers additional parcel services such as package removal, reinforced packaging, etc., which you can add during the process — the Mulebuy team will handle them. The actual international shipping cost will be calculated based on the parcel's true size and weight, with any difference refunded or charged accordingly — no need to worry.

📮 Step 6: Track Logistics and Share for Rewards (User Action)

You can check the logistics status of your parcel in the [Parcels] section. After successful delivery, you can share your shopping experience in the [Rewards] section to earn cash rewards.

How long does each stage of the process take?

Verification and purchasing timeline:

If you submit an order between 09:00 and 18:00 Beijing time, we will process it within 6 hours.

If you submit an order between 19:00 and 08:00 Beijing time, we will process it before 14:00 the following day.

Note: unless we cannot contact the seller or the order is abnormal.

Seller dispatch time: domestic Taobao sellers in China usually ship within 3–7 days (excluding some made-to-order items).

For JD and Amazon self-operated logistics, purchases typically ship the same day; for non-self-operated or franchise merchants, shipping is usually within 3–5 days.

Actual timing depends on the seller.

Transit from sellers in China to the Mulebuy warehouse (located in Dongguan, Guangdong):

For sellers based in Sichuan province, your order usually reaches our warehouse within 1–2 days. For other provinces, allow about 3–5 days.

Can my order be refunded?

1. Order status “Pending”: you can cancel in User Center → Orders. Payment is refunded to your Mulebuy balance immediately.

2. Order status “Processing”: you can cancel in User Center → Orders. If we have not purchased the items yet, we cancel and refund your Mulebuy balance within one business day.

3. Order status “Purchased”: open User Center → Orders and tap After-sales on the order. We ask the seller for a refund. If the seller has not shipped, after seller confirmation the amount is returned to your Mulebuy balance—usually within about 3 days.

4. Order status “Seller shipped”: if the seller uses a fake tracking number or never ships, open User Center → Orders → After-sales. We request a refund from the seller; after confirmation, funds return to your Mulebuy balance—usually within about 7 days.

5. Five days after status becomes “Stored in warehouse”: you may open User Center → Orders → After-sales to request a return with the seller; approval is not guaranteed. If approved, we process the return as quickly as possible and the return tracking appears on the order. After the seller receives the goods and refunds, the system credits your Mulebuy balance—typically 7–15 days depending on how quickly the seller confirms.

If I buy food, liquids, electronics, and similar items, can they be shipped?

Don’t worry—as long as your items are legal, we do our best to advise you. National regulations mean some special categories have extra restrictions. Contact customer service for specifics.

As a shopping agent, are you responsible for product quality and especially delivery issues?

As noted above, Mulebuy provides shopping-agent service plus strong after-sales support for quality and delivery. We don’t push responsibility only onto sellers or carriers—Mulebuy is meant to be a reliable partner. Our bilingual customer service (9:00–18:00 UTC+8, seven days a week) follows up until your issue is resolved, because customers come first.

What is “shopping agent service”? How does it work? How do you charge?

Shopping-agent service is our core offering: we purchase goods from China on your instructions and needs. We also support the full journey—purchase recommendations, QC, warehousing, delivery, and after-sales—so you receive goods you’re happy with. Using our agent service is designed to make buying easier. Through Mulebuy you can pay in your local currency for what you want. Typical flow:

1. Sign in and submit item details so we can search and buy for you. At this step we may share delivery or buying tips, suggestions, or help you find better options.

2. Once items reach our warehouse we inspect quality and store them. You get up to three months of free storage.

3. Choose a suitable shipping window and ask us to ship. If you’re not in a hurry, combining multiple items into one outbound parcel often saves on shipping.

4. Whether goods are in transit or delivered, customer service helps with after-sales issues.

Zero service fee is our philosophy: you pay product cost and shipping—no separate service surcharge. That does not mean lower service quality; we aim to offer among the best support in the space and welcome you to compare our service and pricing with other providers.
